I started my design career building products for users who needed them to work — not just look good. Working across fintech, civic tech, and mobility in Nigeria taught me that great design has to survive contact with real people, low connectivity, and high stakes.

After leading UX at SeamlessHR, where I scaled the design team from 4 to 11 and shipped Africa's first embedded finance product, I moved to Berlin to join HolidayPirates as Senior UI/UX Designer — bringing the same rigour to AI powered travel experiences at European scale.

Today I work at the intersection of design systems, AI, and behavioural analytics. I believe the best design decisions come from data — and that a 40% faster delivery time isn't a metric, it's proof that systems thinking works.

Outside work I mentor designers across Africa and Europe, speak at product and UX conferences, and run workshops on AI assisted design.

I open Matomo, Maze, and the analytics dashboard before I open Figma. Every design decision is grounded in behavioural data, not assumptions or aesthetics alone.

A beautiful screen solves one problem. A design system solves a thousand. I design components, patterns, and tokens that scale across teams and time.

Design is a team sport

The best products are built when design, engineering, and product move together. I invest as much in alignment and communication as I do in craft.

Deliverables don't matter — outcomes do. I design to move metrics that matter: engagement, retention, task completion, and business growth.
